Photo went beyond imprint area!!

I was disappointed, especially for the price as there were two printing issues. I had removed the background of the photo so thankfully that was white, but the rest

I was disappointed, especially for the price as there were two printing issues. I had removed the background of the photo so thankfully that was white, but the rest of the dog is outside the imprint area which should NOT have been shown. Also, I selected WHITE for the imprint and it has a GREEN tint to it ... actually the entire name area has a GREEN tinge and this is on a GRAY plaid ornament. Is this a quality issue, or an error in coloring? The positives were that it is printed 2-sided and that it arrived before the holiday, although I'm a bit embarrassed to give this as a gift the way it turned out.

Okay, all my furkids who have crossed the rainbow bridge get an ornament for the first Christmas without them. I last ordered this ornament at the end of 2020 for my boy who had passed that year and it came out perfectly. (Pictured on the left, red) Ordered it again for my boy who passed suddenly at the end of last year for this Christmas. (Pictured on the right, blue) Don't get me wrong, the quality is wonderful, however, my complaint lies in the customization aspect. I had thought it would place my image within the boarder and cut off whatever wasn't inside the circle like the last time I ordered, however, due to a manufacturer change, you will end up with the entire image chosen layered between the boarder lines and background color. The simple solution is to adjust the image in gallery before going into the customization in app to form it how you'd like. Am I thrilled about the product outcome? No. Am I going to reorder with the adjustments that I want? Yes. Does this seem frivolous to complain about? Yes. Will this help someone? Maybe. Just a friendly warning to actually pay attention when customizing and not end up like me. :)
