I found a site on Amazon that has dog bed mattress foam--memory-foam-- to order and has some standard sizes. "Pet Bed Foam Insert, sold by Foam Global." (I am not affiliated in any way.)

Where can I get a replacement cover for this bed?

Replacement covers are not available for this bed.

Does the entire cover come off for washing including the white part?

The foam core can be removed as well as the bolster before washing.

How do the sides hold up? I'm looking for a bed with sides that won't lose their shape.

Doesn’t hold up to puppy use

I had lots of fun tearing this apart and then pulling out all the stuffing. In only one day, too! It made satisfying rips when my teeth dug up in between the threads

I had lots of fun tearing this apart and then pulling out all the stuffing. In only one day, too! It made satisfying rips when my teeth dug up in between the threads. My ma looked like she wanted to be grumpy for some reason. I don’t understand why she was laughing too. Maybe she was jealous because she didn’t attack it before I did. I want another one to destroy, and I don’t understand why I haven’t gotten a new one yet.

Fabric cover is not sturdy enough for "digger" dogs

We bought this bed for one of our dogs and she loves it. She likes to curl into it or rest her head on the bumpers. However, one of our other dogs likes it, too,

We bought this bed for one of our dogs and she loves it. She likes to curl into it or rest her head on the bumpers. However, one of our other dogs likes it, too, and he is a "digger"--he paws the bed repeatedly before settling down. He ripped the cover and continued to dig at the foam bed within. I tried putting a thick fabric potty pad on top and between the cover and the foam, but he just digs it our. Lesson learned: know your dogs! If they are not diggers, the bed is nice and may survive. If they are diggers, the thin cover will tear easily and the bed will be trashed. We have several other beds that he hasn't destroyed, so I think the fabric of this one is especially flimsy.

He sleeps on our bed at night in an orthopedic bed on top of our bed because of his tiny size, and he needs a new one so I ordered this one for his Birthday. Simply just too big for his tiny stature.
