Finally - the right spot!!
I have four Yorkshire Terriers who are notoriously hard to train. And they don’t care for potty pads either! I have tried every brand from every store and they only shred them. But these!! These are a success!! They use them! They don’t leak! They don’t shred them! They have a cute pattern! They are great!!!
Large, compact when shipped. But... if your dog has to go in the middle of the night and you don't hear/notice them so you can get out of bed to wrap up the pad, or they use it when you're out of the house... you better not have anything you care about underneath it. Urine will go through the liner, onto your flooring, carpet, kennel blankets... you name it.
This size pad is ideal for my Lasa Apso Princess
These are great dog pads, the little paws on them are cute (I appreciate that, though my girl could care less). My little girl was paralyzed 3 years ago from narrowing of the spine, she was treated with prednisone and InfraRed Healing light (it works). She can walk and she even runs (with sort of a hop, which is ok her name is Bunny so it fits), problem is that her bladder is worsening over time as her back is getting worse (she does take prednisone about once a year for swelling and pain). So with the incontinence I had purchased the larger size of Frisco pad thinking that they would be better, more area not to miss. Boy was I wrong. I went through a lot of pads that just had the edge or corner soiled on (she has cataract starting too) and they didn't seem to keep the moisture in, I would pick the pad up and it dripped (not cool), granted some of it was from the underside being wet, but not all of it. I thought I would try these pads, thinking that my girl was small and that is why she hit the corner mostly, she thought she was on it all the way. Well lo and behold, problem solved. She is getting on the pad and using the middle of the pad (about 95% of the time). It holds a lot urine too, I don't know where she is holding all the fluid but there is a lot. Now Frisco, lets talk about this pad with a charcoal liner that may cut down on the odor once you throw them away, that is truly the only downside I have had with this pad, they do get smelly after a day in the garbage. Oh one more thing, they are great to put under a kitty litter box for those times when one of the cats "over shoot" or get to rambunctious while digging in the litter, great floor saver.
I am a permanent foster for older ferrets. The two I have now just don't use their litter box. I had to start using puppy pads in their chosen spaces. However, I have to cut them into smaller pieces so as not to waste the whole sheet for a mess in one small corner. I had never had a problem cutting up any pads until these. They are filled with sand! I would cut them and they would spill out small amounts of sand. If you do not cut them, they should be fine, but they have been a terrible experience for me.
I just got a new miniature dachshund puppy and needed something to help transition to become fully potty trained. Anyway, this product was the best one that I found. The price is better than competitors too which is always great. This pee pad holds up well and doesn’t leak when it gets used. I also found because it is a little thicker, the puppy has a harder time eating the cotton/digging into it. (Could just be my puppy :/ haha) The patterns are also pretty cute, and honestly before my puppy figured out that they were printed on the pad, she would try to play with the shapes lol. 5/5 would recommend.
Best puppy pads I have ever bought! They stay flat and they don’t crinkle easy. I love, I love the dog sketch prints On the pads. Delivery was so fast, I will be buying more when I need them.
I debated getting these but they are much stronger that knock off brands. The ones I was previously buying leaked all the time - these never do. Worth the money in the long run
Our dog is 16 and having kidney problems. She does not use these and if she uses part of one it goes through. It is true that older dogs will not use them? We’ve tried several brands so it is not the brand; I guess it is the age of the dog
The best I’ve found
I have a small Boston terrier and she is pad trained. That being said I have tried many different brands of puppy pads and haven’t been satisfied with them. These pads are the thickest and most absorbent that I have found. And the price is reasonable enough that I can change them out more frequently.
Good for puppies
This was good for my needs. I have a 14 lb. Havanese who only uses potty pads because we live in a high rise. The pads are small but leak proof. It is cost effective enough that I can dispose of the pad after one use thereby not having a smelly pad laying around.
