I really like the black collar with the rhinestones but already after about a week and a half three of them have fallen off. I have never seen my cat try to get them off, so I can’t really say why they did fall off but I think I’m going to try to get a solid black collar instead.
Super cute and adorable collar. It feels like it was made from quality material but unfortunately there are two parts of the collar that are held together by a small string. The string broke (actually stretched way out) on the second day of use. If you do not have an active cat that goes outside, this may work just fine for you!
Not sure why collars need to be so wide for puppies, so I bought This cat collar is the perfect size for a little puppy. The breakaway isn’t a terrible idea either. My cat has been wearing this collar in black and it has held up quite well!
My cat scratched a lot of the rhinestones out and the material is falling apart now. Don't waste your money with this collar!
Zilya looked adorable in her black velvet rhinestone collar, but the elastic expander broke within a week.
I really like the style of this collar. I bought all three colors. The black is fine, the backs of the rivets are flat. The other two colors have very sharp edges on the back side of the rivet. One of the studs fell out on the purple just by handling it. I glued it back in and lined the inside of the collars with velvet. It would be dangerous otherwise.
The teal velvet collar looks really good on my male cat, its bright and easy to see on him. He hasn't lost it yet(fingers crossed)
Collar only lasted 3 days. Perhaps a faulty string or something, cause the clasp and metal pieces did not break.
This collar is very pretty and well made. It is a deep purple with just the right amount of bling.
Positives: Beautiful, stunning really. Soft fabric. Negatives: Fabric holds every last bit of shed fur covering it quickly (within a few days). Major negative with trigger warning mentioning blood. The studs on the collar are apparently sharp enough to cut. We put this collar on a new kitty. Beau Koa is about 10 months old, from outside, never worn a collar before. He accepted the collar well enough, but like his brothers who have also joined us. The collars all were sized to the appropriate two finger in between measure, but that seems to be just enough for them to get their little mouths around it. Beau must have turned the collar to the studs facing his mouth. In his chewing at this strange, new thing he scrapped up his gums and ended up with blood smudged on his face and covering his magnificently white front paws. It was alarming to see blood all over his feet and not knowing where it came from. It was even more alarming to realize the collar was the cause. If you have a new kitty, do not, repeat - do NOT get this collar for them. Leave this beautiful item for your kitty for later in their years and experience with neck items. And do keep in mind that it will collect fur worse than your black slacks seem to do.
