Is the whole thing washable, or is there an inside cushion and the outside is washable?

This covered bed may be machine-washed separately in cold water only (delicate cycle). Use only Non-Chlorine bleach when needed and tumble dry in low heat. The bed may be reshaped as needed.

Does the cover stay up or does it collapse over time?

I thought Zorro would like this as much as I liked it

My 14 lb. Tuxedo cat Zorro isn’t one to go under the covers, so I thought he would appreciate this cozy nook. He has sniffed it, but hasn’t used it yet. I think I should have selected a regular bed, but with deep sides. I’m sure my other cat will enjoy this. I know that both cats enjoy choosing their napping spot. Variety is key! If only I were a cat! Meow!

Comfy cat bed

However, my cat won't get inside it, like she does when rooting inside my dirty clothes basket, or tucks her way under my comforter and blanket in my made up bed

I'm thinking about sprinkling a tiny bit of catnip inside to get her in there. She just lays on top of her new bed. I bought this so she would be warm outside on our balcony when it's been cold at times. Nope! SMH LoL

This is a nice, soft cat bed which I think my cat would enjoy but it was packed flat so now the top doesn't stay up. I like it and will keep it but I need to reinforce

Won’t stay open

It does not stay open like in the picture. And when the cats try to crawl in it it slides all over so they can’t push their way into the bed.

Soft & Cozy Bed

Against my will, our senior cat is living in our barn right now, because we have company and she refuses to come in the house. The temperature has been dropping

Against my will, our senior cat is living in our barn right now, because we have company and she refuses to come in the house. The temperature has been dropping into the 30s at night, and so I put this bed out in the barn on a shelf; later that night, I went out to check on her and she was curled up in it, sound asleep. She has been using it every night, and she obviously loves it! Our company will be leaving soon, and she and the bed will come inside.
