How do.I measure for my puppy harness?

For the best fit, we recommend measuring your pet and matching your pet's measurements as closely as possible to the sizing chart. To measure your pet's body length, measure the base of the neck to the base of the tail. To measure the neck girth, measure around your pet's neck leaving room for two fingers and to measure chest girth, measure your pet's chest around the widest part. If your pet falls somewhere between two sizes, we advise ordering the larger of the two. For the complete sizing chart, please refer to the photo below or click the “Size” tab, next to the “Instructions” tab, just under the product photos.

Well fitting harness

This harness fits my almost 15 pound miniature dachshund very well. He seems to enjoy wearing it. It is easy to put on and take off, and clip into his leash.

Best harness out there!

There are two pugs in our fam. We have tried numerous harnesses over the years and this is just the best. Fits well, easy to use, good looking.

Poor construction

This harness did not last more than two weeks. The Velcro ripped off, and now the harness does not stay closed.

Fits very well!

I had been having problems finding a harness that fit my 7 pound Papillon! I liked the looks of this one because it uses both Velcro AND a buckle! I found this harness fits so very well! I also love the fact that his name and my phone number are both embroidered directly on the harness even though my fur ball is chipped. I highly recommend this harness if your baby is hard to fit!

Just Right

I have a 7-pound Biewer Terrier. The small it a perfect fit. Step in and Velcro make it easy to put on and take off. He feels comfortable in it and does not try to bite it or take it off. The personalization looks good.

Love this item

This harness fits our little 11 pound boy beautifully, got it in red. The fabric is soft and snugs comfortably around him, he actually steps right into it. Wasted money on the first two harnesses we bought, first one was soft but too complicated and expensive. Second one was simple but very stiff and seemed like it hurt him. This one is just right!

Good Fit, HorriblePersonalization

I researched and Frisco, aside from another, were top companies to buy a harness. I read the reviews, but was hoping my order wouldn’t have any issues. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The harness fits my mini schnauzer perfect. Measurement scale was on point. I honestly didn’t even want to personalize the harness, I just wanted the harness based on the company. However, the color I did pick was not stitched on the harness. I love Chewey though! Called and they placed another order for me right away. However, unfortunately, the same error occurred. Second time around, I just requested and got a refund. I think perhaps Frisco should just focus on selling their harness and forget about personalizing them, as they seem to have a hard time honoring the colors that they provide and that you choose to personalize.

Perfect Step In Harness for My Havanese

I have tried several harnesses for my 11+ pound Havanese, Luna, but this provides the best fit, secure and comfortable, for my hard-to-size small breed 12-month-old. I especially like the hook and loop closure and sturdy, easy to fasten back clip and D-rings. Taking her chest and neck measurements (15.5"X10.5"), which is imperative, I ordered a medium in pink. Perfect! The hook-and-loop closure ensures a snug, custom fit. Luna loves her harness, which is boldly personalized with her name and phone number, and I love the ease in helping her put it on. This one is a winner!

Personalized harness

Don't buy these. Fit was good, color nice, and the personalized name was really cute. The more my pup wore it the more the fabric stretched. After about a half mile walk, he simply was able to walk out of it.
