Does this tie out straighten out? I have an 8lb pup and I have bought small dog tie outs/cables but they do not straighten out. They stay coiled, no matter how long you try to stretch them out and my pup hated it

This tie out is not coiled and is straight.

can this be used on a harness. My puppy is six lbs and we don't hook anything on her collar at this point due to her small neck.

This tie-out cable can be used with collars and harnesses so long as they are not adjustable. Collars and harnesses with adjustable buckles can present as a choking hazard due to the ease at which the adjustment buckles can be tightened. Pet parent supervision and judgement is required. Never leave your dog unattended while on a tie-out cable, stake, or trolley.

Would this be suitable for a 5 lb. yorkie?

Both the 10 feet and 15 feet tie out are suitable for dogs up to 25 pounds.

Great for small dogs

The cable is well made and I like the double clips although I wish it came in a 30 foot length. I will hopefully be getting a small dog and while it will never be
