Can we purchase just a new bottom cushion for the bed

Yes, the cover zips open along the bottom edge. I inserted the bottom pad from his old bed on top of the original pad to double up the padding. It is perfect and he absolutely loves his bed.

Inside dimensions on x-large?

The inside dimensions of the X-Large are approximately 27 inches by 21 inches. The inside dimensions of the XX-Large are approximately 34 inches by 22 inches.

Is the cover removable?

The bolster can be removed so that the cover can be washed on a gentle cycle. The bolster should be spot cleaned only for best results.

Not as fluffy as the picture would have you believe

This bed is absolutely not as fluffy as the photo. Very flat. Filling is green pillow stuffing. Pouches inside cover do have zippers so I filled with memory foam

This bed is absolutely not as fluffy as the photo. Very flat. Filling is green pillow stuffing. Pouches inside cover do have zippers so I filled with memory foam from a pillow to help but will need more as the green fluff gets compressed. Cover is nice but don't believe this is worth the price point at all.

This is Zeus's third bolster bed & is replacing a different bed that was no longer usable. Since we already had two of these in other rooms, it just made sense to purchase this bed again. As a rescue, Zeus sometimes get frightened by outside noises & he will run to his bolster bed if I am unable to cuddle (working, cooking, etc). We love these beds!

I followed instructions on how to fluff this bed out and let it sit for a couple of days and it’s still not to the quality I was expecting for my dog to be comfortable. I returned this item.

Hard to clean, lumpy

I've had this bed for almost 5 months and it is hard to keep clean. Yes, you can unzip the cover and wash in the washing machine. However, it's a challenge to put

I've had this bed for almost 5 months and it is hard to keep clean. Yes, you can unzip the cover and wash in the washing machine. However, it's a challenge to put it back together. The bolster is fed through a tube of fabric and the bottom cushion is separate and very lumpy. I vacuum the bed every day and a lot of hair falls between the bolster and the bottom cushion, making it hard to keep clean. The bottom cushion is too lumpy. My Golden Retriever will sleep in it at night just to be close to me (because it's in my bedroom), but he prefers his other beds to this one.

This is our 3rd order and I will not be ordering again. I had to restuff all the bolster and bottom pillows. It took 2 king size pillows and a standard pillow to fill!! Thankfully I had extra pillows at home. The bed finally looks and feels like the other 2 I ordered. Sad that the quality has dropped so much.

Great Beds

We have had these beds for about 3 years. They have gone through a ton of washes, several zoomies where they stop to go crazy on the bed and then continue on. Several

We have had these beds for about 3 years. They have gone through a ton of washes, several zoomies where they stop to go crazy on the bed and then continue on. Several dig sessions hiding their bones in the cracks. The only reason we got new ones and we felt that the inserts were getting hard to wash (I would put them in massive laundry bags) and started to smell a little. Again, these were the dogs only beds, sleeping on them day and night for 3 years. I had put extra stuffing in the flat part from the get go, just because I had left overs from their previous beds.
