Not working for us
Not working for us. Unfortunately the food does not come down by itself when it is empty. The kibble is not even that large sized. You must violently shake it to get anything to come down ...it sucks way more than the one we got it to replace (the next sized one down that chewy sells) that was also not releasing food.
Doesn't feed very well
It doesn't feed very well into the dish, I have to shake the food down each time. It might work better with smaller dog food. Food gets stuck in the walls of the bowl too.
Disappointed
This ten pound dispenser is a great idea for a large dog who has always had the option to graze for her kibble. However, the Gravity Feeder does not drop the kibble. I have to monitor it and scrape the kibble into the bowl a couple of times a day. This is even more problematic because I am handicapped and bending is difficult for me. I have had gravity feeders years ago for my small animals and they worked great. This one does not.
LOVE IT! It makes life sooooo much easier!
This has been a game changer! I have always had to take the one we have apart and then try to get it back on there without food going everywhere and now I can just take the top off and fill it up! It is also amazing quality!

Really well made. Large continuous pet feeder. Very good price for such a large item. Received it on short time.
Great value
This is a great size for a multiple-cat home. I usually don't free feed but wanted this option for when I was out of town for a few days. It holds more than enough food and spills into the bowl easily for the cats to access.
difficult to return
Very large and difficult to return. It’s best for a medium to large breed dog.
Very big, holds a ton of food
Holds alot, only issue is that the trough is flat not slanted back to front, so it doesn't feed the food well. Cats have to use their paws to pull the food forward.

This feeder was great, especially for when I would be gone all day for work trips knowing they could get their food on schedule since they know when meal times are

No. I always have to shake it for large food to come out. It doesn't work for small dog food either
