For best results - Remove filling (mattress core). Zip cover close. Shake off any loose debris from cover before washing. Hand or machine wash separately; cold water. Do not bleach. Line dry or tumble dry low. Mattress can be spot cleaned with mild soap as needed. Press excess water from mat. Do not wring. Air dry. Do not machine wash mattress core.
Can this bed be used outdoors on a porch?

This bed is not waterproof or water-resistant. It does feature a polycanvas, water-resistant base, however, it is not recommended for outdoor use. FurHaven does have a Polycanvas Indoor/Outdoor, Water-Resistant, Orthopedic Pet Bed available for purchase on Chewy.

This bed can certainly be placed in a crate. We recommend measuring your crate and looking at the bed sizes carefully, to ensure that you find a size that fits your crate well.
