one good one bad

i got 2 beds i had a broken zipper, when i called about it they wanted me to return via FedEx. i am not close to FedEx so i just jimmy rigged the zipper so it stays

They aren't fluffing up. After 4 days of being open they are still less than 2 inches thick. Was a Christmas present but useless.

This bed was a nightmare to put together. It arrived in 3 pieces: the sides, the memory foam and the material. The material barley fit the pad. After hours of taking it apart & putting it together, I finally did it. I will never order this again. Vipsafe has a bed that's already put together and it expands on it's own after opening it-wish I had known before ordering this one.

Well made and washable!

The fabric is tough... believe me when I say that our 9 month old puppy has roughly tested it! The cushions for the base and bolster are easily removed when washing
