To reduce our carbon footprint, our beds may be shipped under compression; allow up to 48 hours for the foam to expand and regain its original shape. For bolsters, gently squeeze and loosen any clumped fill material to promote better recovery after compression.

i got 2 beds i had a broken zipper, when i called about it they wanted me to return via FedEx. i am not close to FedEx so i just jimmy rigged the zipper so it stays

They aren't fluffing up. After 4 days of being open they are still less than 2 inches thick. Was a Christmas present but useless.

This bed was a nightmare to put together. It arrived in 3 pieces: the sides, the memory foam and the material. The material barley fit the pad. After hours of taking it apart & putting it together, I finally did it. I will never order this again. Vipsafe has a bed that's already put together and it expands on it's own after opening it-wish I had known before ordering this one.

The fabric is tough... believe me when I say that our 9 month old puppy has roughly tested it! The cushions for the base and bolster are easily removed when washing
