How do I purchase just the cover for this bed???

Does the cover come off for washing?

For best results remove filling (core), zip close, and shake off any loose debris from cover before washing. Hand or machine wash separately using cold water. Do not bleach. Line dry or tumble dry low. Please see hangtag for core (stuffing) content and care instructions.

Is it 7” thick without the bolster on the side?

Does this “crinkle” ? Or is it quiet when they get on it

This bed is made of orthopedic foam and does not make a crinkling sound when laid on.

When we tried to unzip the cover so that we could add the waterproof cover, both zippers broke. I have used many of these beds over the last 10 years and this is only the second time it has happened. Chewy wanted me to send the HUGE (3XL) beds back instead of just send me new covers. I told them I would just use my old covers. They shipped much smaller when I got them, but once they expanded, there was no where I was going to find a box that big. Disappointing to pay $200 for each bed and have to use my old covers.

My Great Danes love these beds. I have 3 of the 3xl size. The oldest one I own is 4 years old and still in great condition. My dogs are 150+lbs and sometimes 2 try

My Great Danes love these beds. I have 3 of the 3xl size. The oldest one I own is 4 years old and still in great condition. My dogs are 150+lbs and sometimes 2 try and fit on one bed. You don’t need to worry about them being too heavy and sinking to the floor on this bed. It’s 7 inches thick and where the pillow is, it’s about 10 inches thick. I’ve laid on these beds with them and I can personally say they are comfy. They fit perfectly in the 54 inch crates I have. Highly recommend

I bought this bed in 2019. The bed fit inside her crate, outside of it and it never lost its shape. The waterproof cover saved the bed multiple times, she had several accidents while she was still potty training. The removable cover is easy to put on and wash it. The zipper did give up but that was this year 2024. She unfortunately scratched off the headrest due to the zipper been broken but the whole bed foam is still in good condition! It never flattened. I will be purchasing a new one for her! I love this bed so much because it’s her safe spot and she loves it.

Let me start with the pros of this bed so I'm not fully negative from the get go. It is literally the perfect size for an extra large crate. The foam is nice and thick. It handles my Rottweilers weight perfectly. Now on to the negatives. The bed comes with a waterproof/resistant cover that isn't installed from the factory. That by itself would've been annoying (considering the cost of the bed) but would've been fine had the zipper not broken when I went to remove the outer cover to install the waterproof cover. Upon removing the cover I also noticed that the bolster was partially unglued, so chances are it won't be the longest lasting bed. I would definitely rethink purchasing this bed since the quality is just not worth the higher price tag.

Disappointed in Mattress

I received the bed timely and it was vacuum packaged for better use of a smaller box. This was not in our favor as one-third of the mattress did not return to it's

mixed opinion

After researching I decided on this bed for my older dog with hip and joint pain. My dog absolutely loved this bed and I believe it helped with her pain. I give

After researching I decided on this bed for my older dog with hip and joint pain. My dog absolutely loved this bed and I believe it helped with her pain. I give it 5 stars for that. My issues are like many other reviews the zipper did break and I cannot get the cover off to wash because it broke when I tried to unzip it. My biggest issue is that the bed is sinking in one area where my dog lays causing my dog to struggle immensely to get up I tried turning the bed around but she will not lay on it. I turned it back and she lays on it. Her struggle to get up is becoming worse so I’m going to have to replace the bed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this bed unless you are willing to pay to replace it every 4-5 months. At the price I paid I can’t afford to that. I was so excited about this bed but ultimately very disappointed that it didnt last long.
