What are the measurements on a jumbo sized cooling pad?

The Medium measures approximately 30 x 20 x 6.25 inches. The Large measures approximately 36 x 27 x 8.5 inches. The Jumbo measures approximately 44 x 35 x 10.5 inches.
Is it waterproof for dogs who may leak?

This bed is not waterproof however, the manufacturer does offer a "water-resistant pet bed mattress liner" for purchase separately on their site.
Where is the materials for this bed made? I've found many beds say made in America but fine print says assembled in America but materials made in from China.
