Frustrated

I ordered 2 of these and I got both... but they are DRASTICALLY different... the bigger/thicker of the 2 is what I expected and wanted, I'm very pleased with the thicker one... On the other hand the thinner of the 2... I could have gotten a stick like that outside my home... this little one is NOT what I wanted or expected... I'm very frustrated and displeased with the skinny stick... they are NOT worth the same amount of money... at all... how do I do returns?

Poor shipping practices

I ordered 4 of the 36" jungle vines and to my dismay they shipped all 4 of them in separate boxes large enough for all 4 to fit into one box. These boxes filled up my porch which made them easy for a porch pirate to see and after cutting all of them down they completely filled my recycling up. I will not order from Chewy again based on this experience.

THE BOX WAS A HOOT
