The tag on this item says "Chew Guard technology is a manufacturing process that adds a super tough, durable liner...to stand up to even the toughest play. That is true ONLY on the portions with the "bumpy" surface. The rest of the toy was chewed up right away, exposing the plastic squeaker. I do not recommend purchasing this particular toy.

not for strong chewers

Bought 4 toys for our mini dachshunds. Have bought GoDog many times before and they held up well! Our 2 6 month puppies destroyed the new toys within an hour.

Not what I expected

Within 20 minutes of receiving the toys she had ripped off the ear the wings and the legs. I only purchased because it said chew guarding the description. I expected

Lasted less than a $1 store toy

Normally the go dog chew guard toys are pretty good but this didn't even last a day just being carried around and squeaked. Disappointed.
