It’s gorgeous color but sizing is WAY off

I ordered a 16”-20” neck ( med ) S you can see fro the picture this is unusable bc in order to make it tight enough to stay in you cannot read the phone number - It’s very frustrating because I measured her neck is 16 inch and I purposely didn’t get one too big because I hate it when they overlap like this so I took pictures to show this collar is made for a dog up to 26” neck (at least) that’s why I’ve got the measuring tape by it -it’s got another 6 inches. You could let out even at 20 inches so this is the sizing is just WAY OFF on these and I wouldn’t trust them again. It’s a waste of time I would be afraid to order. Again I know this is not a Chewy company so I don’t expect a Refund - but if very much like one that is centered for a dog neck size 16” ( like I ORDERED - maybe that’s a small - either somebody printed this on a large one and just miss labeled it or their sizing off either way it shouldn’t be on me to fix it. I can’t recommend this at all. Are this company even though I’ve ordered tax from them I would never order a collar from them again.

An excellent collar

The letters and numbers were large and clear without having to remove the collar. The colors were navy blue letters and numbers on a light blue collar.
