Yes. Please make sure you choose from the available symbols and use up to 25 characters (including spaces) for the dog collars and leashes and up to 21 characters (including spaces) for cat collars.

Can I add dashes or periods when entering my phone number?

Yes. While dashes or periods can be used, for best results we don’t recommend dashes. And remember, each counts as a character.

I would like to give a better review, but this is the SECOND collar that I've ordered for Ginger. Both have arrived with the phone number printed WRONG! The collars were ordered with the number XXX-XXX-9325. The collars were shipped with the number xxx-xxx-3925. The first collar I decided might have been my fault. The second one ordered was double checked for the correct number, and checked by a second party. If I order any more personalized collars, it will be from some other company.

The best collars for outdoor dogs!

This is the third time we have ordered these collars for our dogs, they are great! Our dogs are on GPS collars and outside a majority of the time in heavily wooded

This is the third time we have ordered these collars for our dogs, they are great! Our dogs are on GPS collars and outside a majority of the time in heavily wooded areas - the reflector collars are wonderful and very visible. Having their name and our phone # embroidered on the collar eliminates the worry of lost tags. Highly recommend!!
