Why does this have powdered cellulose? That is insoluable wood fibers. That doesn’t seem safe for cats.

Something changed in ingredients??

Have 5 cats, who all love these treats, which I mainly give to help treat hairballs, and it worked great....however, one of my cats has been having major issues with dermatitis from ingestion. She has licked her entire belly and legs raw and has plaques on her skin. I have been eliminating food sources one by one and it turns out THIS is more than likely the cause, as since stopped it now for a month she is no longer constantly grooming. Spent major $$ on vet bill in process of trying to narrow down. I had trusted this product as it always seemed to be of good quality, but not anymore. Not sure what they did - but whatever the change was - it was not good for this particular cat.

Something Changed

We have a multi cat household & also take care of a feral cat community. I have been giving our cats Greenies treats for years. Greenies must have changed how they make this product because recently ALL my cats ended up with ear infections (otitis externa). Thankfully, their ear infections were treated & have cleared up. I also stopped giving them Greenies. I figured out the Greenies caused the ear infections because I gave these to our outside feral cat community & ALL of them (10-12 cats) ended up with ear infections. It certainly wasn't easy to treat them however their ear infections cleared up. I also stopped giving them Greenies. Greenies treats are not cheap however my cats loved them so we didn't mind spending a little extra. What I do mind is spending extra money to treat multiple cats eat infection due to a cat treat that they loved for years. It's unfortunate that Greenies attempt to make profit has changed the way they make these treats. I've also noticed the container is only 3/4 full. No more Greenies for our cats.

addictive cat treats

I have 12 cats inside, and almost all of them know when I’m opening a new container of greenies. I get swamped by them waiting their turn. It is so comforting to know that they are eating healthy treat. I have these on auto ship because I’m terrified of running out. I love chewy and my kitties loves greenies.

Greenie Love

My kitties are finally old enough to be considered an adult and they get to have greenies! They come running when I click the top open and chatter away until I offer them. They love them and push each other out of the way to get them. Too early to tell probably but their teeth look sparkling white.

Greenies keep the hairballs down!

Healthy indoor is a life-saver, especially with my tuxedo long hair Tommy. Really keeps the furballs under control (and the puking too). Recommend this product highly.

don't get the big tub

I have one cat who has refused any treats except these for her entire 10y life. Just don't get the 16oz tub bc it's more expensive per ounce than the ~4oz bag. I get 4 bags at once and fill a glass treat jar I have.

Keeps them regular

They get these every day. They have a large screened in porch and like to go out there and sleep in their cat trees. The only way I can get them off the porch is to shake this box:) Gives them a nice shiny coat as well.

Substitute 4 main meal

We read that we could use this as a kibble and since our 20 year old very picky senior cat has to be enticed to eat now this is one of her main foods. She has always liked these as treats going way back.

Good product

Good product but packaging arrived opened & damaged when received. Treats were found outside of the container it came in. Cat loves the treat. Good product.
