Instructions
Wipe clean with damp cloth. Faux sheepskin mat is machine-washable; air dry.
To Assemble:
- Remove top support bars from storage pocket on bottom of crate.
- Unfold front and back of frame into an upright position. Unzip top opening of crate.
- Attach bar to the top of the frame by inserting the end over the pin on the end of the frame.
- Push the bar in with the white tension spring and fit the other end of the bar over the pin on the opposite end of the frame.
- Attach other top support bar on the other side of the frame.
To Disassemble: 1. Unzip top opening of crate. 2. Push in on the tension spring and remove each top support bar. 3. Fold down front and back of frame.

How to select the best size crate:
- While your dog is standing, measure your dog from the tip of their nose to base of their tail.
- While your dog is sitting or standing, measure your dog from the top of their head to the floor.
- Add 4 inches to determine maximum measurements. Remember, your dog should be able to stand up and turn around while in their crate.
Tip: Before selecting a crate size, please measure the area where the crate will be kept to be sure it’s a good fit for your home.

Good portable crate
This is our second one of these crates. They are great for portability, but not for a stationary crate. Our previous Border Collie was able to exert enough force on the front door to break the zipper and set herself free. We couldn't fix the zipper, so the crate was useless. Our current Border Collie uses the current crate for car travel. It works great for that.
Great crate
Excellent crate for anywhere. Good space,air and visibility. So easy to pick by the strap and move. Neat colors also
Too dark for comfort
I personally loved this product, it seemed well constructed, thoughtful made with storage pockets and a traveling case. My dog , who actually is fond of her wire kennel, absolutely did not approve of this crate. I think the problem is the rmesh is 1/4 grid probably for strength, but it makes for an extremely dark crate and I think my dog felt like she was in a box or something. It seemed like a perfectly useful product otherwise.
No support. Don’t buy.
This could be a nice crate but it has absolutely no support. A dog can easily roll it over. Save your money. Made in China.
Easy Crate
Easy set-up, easy to carry, nice construction. This is great for us because it has windows on all sides to help our puppy be able to see out without feeling confined. I like the little pockets for when you travel.
Kitty Comfort
Cats love it too! Mine plays and naps in it for hours. We’re going on a cross-country drive soon so she’s all set!! Great quality.
Light duty and flimsy
I ordered the extra large. Perhaps the smaller crates are more sturdy. Mine is unable to stay upright, it leans to one side because the sides can not support the weight of the top. I can not put my dog in it.
Not good for large strong dogs
This crate worked great for two days. (I love the carrying case.) Then I came home and my Doberman was at the door waiting. He slit the mesh like he had a pair of scissors and wiggled his way out.
Don’t leave dog unattended
We bought this because our Great Dane was hurting herself on her wire crate trying to get out. She does seem more comfortable in this than the wire crate but she ripped through the side the very first time she was in the crate and ripped through the door the second time. This is good for containing your dog if you’re near and just want them contained. It is easy to set up and take down and easy to take with you but it’s use is limited for large dogs. It could be good for use in the car, as well.
Great item
This is a wonderful crate. It folds up and down easily and has lots of pockets on the outside perfect for storing treats, collars or your pups clothes! The roll up shades on the windows are a great idea! Comes with a strap for easy carrying. The storage bag is even a little larger than the crate so dog pillows and blankets can be stored in there, too! This was a terrific crate and value for your money!
