The 16-inch cover measures 15.28 inches long and 7.56 inches wide. The 20-inch cover measures 19.33 inches long and 9.65 inches wide. The 24-inch cover measures 23.07 inches long and 11.69 inches wide. The 30-inch cover measures 29.21 inches long and 29.69 inches wide.

What is the width of the glass and the width of the plastic strip for the 24-in separately?

The 24 inch measures 23.07 inches by 11.69 inches. The clear plastic back strip measures the same as each respective size option's length and can be cut to fit the aquarium.

Would it work on a rimless cube?

It gets the job done. I noticed that the middle is connected by a thick piece of plastic, which is different from other brands I have gone with that have a silicone like substance holding the glass panels together. If at first the handles can't be found, I found one box had them taped to the bottom.

Fit, hinges open in the middle

Worked great for my hermit crab tank. It leaves a little gap at one under the other, which works great because I have heater cords and things that need to come out

I purchased this for a 24 inch Marina tank. I knew the measurement of this lid was about 1/8 inch longer than my tank width. I needed something. The Marina kits

I purchased this for a 24 inch Marina tank. I knew the measurement of this lid was about 1/8 inch longer than my tank width. I needed something. The Marina kits come with an LED lid with no hinges. As a result, I constantly needed to unplug and remove the entire lid, when adding something other than food, to my heavily planted tank. The condensation on the lid caused water dripping over my wood desk, carpet and me, every time I removed it. I purchased a SEAOURA LED LIGHT, which sits about 6 inches above the surface. I won’t use the kit hood, and with no lid, fish can easily jump out. I was desperate. The glass section is 9 1/4 front to back and a plastic section just over 2 1/2 inches. I’m not connecting the plastic section but simply lay it loosely to cover the space between the glass and my HOF. It will greatly reduce the daily evaporation that not having a lid causes, and will save a lot of lives. I can easily cover any open space with foil. I’m not cutting the plastic piece as I may want to replace the HOF with an internal filter. Works for me. I like the stick on handle. I’m very satisfied. I can now add fish.

I have the aqueon 20 gallon long tank with a quietflow 10 hob filter. I was a little worried this wouldn't fit or be properly aligned as other reviewers have had

I have the aqueon 20 gallon long tank with a quietflow 10 hob filter. I was a little worried this wouldn't fit or be properly aligned as other reviewers have had issues. Yes, it wasn't lined up perfectly but the glass can be pulled from the track and reinserted properly. This lid makes me so happy. It arrived pretty well protected and clean. I had to clean it after alligning and sizing the cut piece. Attaching the handles was smooth and very satisfying. Easy peasy
