price was good but overall not worth it.
Plastic door closure doesn't close with the clip system, poor design. Flap curls inward and lets rain and air flow thru.

A bit difficult to assemble
He's doing well, but assembly was a struggle. The four (4) side pieces should be more substantial and made easier to snap into place.

Very poor quality. Magnets not strong enough to hold door in closed position.
Would never buy another pet door from this manufacturer. Installation instructions were for cat door not for dog door that I ordered.

mis advertised, not a soft flap door as description says, its a very solid rough plastic door. I won't even install it, not going to let my animals run into it

The previous cat door was too small, only 6” wide. Shall we say the current size of my 12 yr old male cat prohibited him from using it. So a “Medium” sized cat door
