Waste of Money
I purchased these and thru 3/4 of the contents away. I used approx. 1/4 of this bag. I noticed that my hens ONLY ate the meal worms and NOT the purple berries. So I picked out ALL the berries and thru them in the TRASH. So the first pic shows how full the bag was when I started to remove the berries and what was left when I was finished. NOT EVEN a QUARTER OF A BAG WAS LEFT. SO WAS A WASTE OF MONEY AND MY TIME GOING TRHU AND PICKING OUT THE WASTE (BERRIES) The berries are only in there for weight and filler. I would NOT recommend this product.
My girls were not a fan!
My girls only ate the mealworms out of this product and did not like the “cereal balls”. Sadly, there are very few meal worms in this product. The “cereal balls” are super hard and when they get wet they are impossible to get off of a concrete patio. Going to be a nightmare scraping them all off. Save your money and buy something else!
Chickens lose their minds….
My chickens lose their minds over this stuff. They come running and stumbling over each other just to get to me. Then they make it so I can’t walk any further. If I don’t give it to them they start jumping and pecking at me. It’s chicken cocaine lol.
Snacks for Hens
My chickens could not eat the round purple treats too big. If the company could make them half the size it would be better. I had to smash each with a hammer before they could eat them. They loved it otherwise
