I've had this treat square in the chicken coop for a while. I started with having it in a hanging suet cover, then took it out and placed it on the ground since my chicken wasn't interested. She still isn't interested. I've tossed it in the trash. I don't think there is anything wrong with it; my chickens just were not interested.
With the temps going down for the winter and the rains starting, I wanted something to boost my turkeys because they roost outside on the hay barn roof at night taking all the inclement weather. This treat gives them the extra nutrition they need. They love it and my chickens love it as well.
I purchased 2 holders & 2 blocks to try & they were both empty in 2 days, will be buying more!
My hens didn’t like it ,it just sat there sorry not for us
Product damaged
Our girls love these for snacking, keeps them busy and gives them a little something extra in thier diet.
What a GREAT TREAT for hens!!! BUT, NOT for young ones that haven't laid eggs yet because of the peanut size!!! The older hens (layers), yes, non layers, NO!!!
Chickens didn't like them. I broke them up for them too and they ignored them.
My hens go crazy for only this brand. I put it in a wire cage and it’s gone by dusk.
I use these treats when I leave for a weekend so the girls still get treats even tho they are pricey for what they are
