How realistic they actually were.

My husband called me a bad chicken mama, because I didn't collect all my eggs. He brought them in and I had a laugh. Saying they aren't real and tapped them on

Ceramic eggs mimics real eggs

Helps keep my girls from eating the REAL eggs. A few pecks on these and they believe that all the eggs are unbreakable

They’re not ceramic

I got these specifically because they were ceramic and they are not. I mean, they are going to do the job, but they are inaccurately described.

Breakable eggs

My crazy hens kept kicking the dummy eggs out of the coop until one broke. It made a mess in the run. Skip the porcelain and go with wood.

I have a male and a female duck. My girl lays eggs in her pet stroller. lol I was having to keep one egg in there all day so she would continue to lay in the same spot. This did the trick, so now I can use them all or put them right in the fridge. She didn't notice a difference(that I could tell) they are lighter weight and rough feeling, hers are heavier and smooth.
