Can the viewing platform be on the bottom and the nest be put on top?

Happy & Polly recommends following the assembly instructions as provided in the manual, with the nest on the lower level and the viewing platform on top.
While it is not recommended to swap the positions, if you feel confident that your assembly is stable and safe, it can technically be done. Please exercise caution to ensure your cat’s safety.
