The softness of the fabric.
It is the perfect size for my 40# border collie who likes to curl up and stretch out next to the stove. This sits on top of an orthopedic bed that has a flat canvas
It is the perfect size for my 40# border collie who likes to curl up and stretch out next to the stove. This sits on top of an orthopedic bed that has a flat canvas cover. So adding this on top gave my girl a place to snuggle into and very soft on her body. The bottom is a bit thinner than I'd like to guard against the cold of the floor on its own. She likes shapes that have sides on them to give her a barrier to lie against. I got the size that is washable for easier care. I will probably get another one because my other dog is also using this space. He had not done that prior with the other bed I had there. I don't want my princess dog to have to compete in the least with the younger dog. Plus he deserves something soft too!

I thought this would be a great purchase for my pitbull but it didn't last long. It says it's washable and after I washed it once it came apart.

Good for the price and what I wanted
I have had two of these beds for about 2 years now. I wanted inexpensive "extra" dog beds to have in my home office for when my two retrievers choose to be work
I have had two of these beds for about 2 years now. I wanted inexpensive "extra" dog beds to have in my home office for when my two retrievers choose to be work support dogs. My dogs are not hard on beds, so there has been no problem with them holding up. The large size beds are perfect for my 55 and 63 lb. dogs, and they like using them. I use crib sheets to cover them to make washing easier, so I don't have to launder the whole bed, and the beds last longer. As others have noted, they are not especially cushy - but do insulate from the cold, hard floor well enough. I bought these on sale for $33.59 in 2022 - and for that price I would say I have definitely gotten my money's worth.

First off, it arrived in a very small box for what it is and vacuum sealed. You think opening the bag it would puff up BUT IT DOES NOT. 6 inches thick, LIES.

It's fairly flat but decent for a lighter dog or a dog that gets too hot on fluffier beds. The back has like a water proofing that makes a swooshing sound.The problem I have is when you wash it. The back also has little. Anti slip beads on it. But when it gets washed, the beads get everywhere. The washer, the dryer, in the fibers of the bed. Not something I wish my puppy to be able to eat. It's not the worst bed but it's not one I would recommend if you can afford something safer.

My dogs tore this bed apart within minutes. The bottom material is thin and easily torn. I love chewy, so I’m really disappointed. :-(
