Beak Conditioning Made Easy (And Tasty Too)

My cockatiel is pretty picky when it comes to his food & treats so I was unsure how interested he would be in this mineral block. I was impressed with the ingredients

My cockatiel is pretty picky when it comes to his food & treats so I was unsure how interested he would be in this mineral block. I was impressed with the ingredients and eager to see if the dried apples would be visible. Upon a scratch test myself, I could see bits of what appeared to be dehydrated apples. To introduce it to his environment, I first placed it in his food bowl. Once he pick around on it a bit I attached it to his cage using the built in cage clip. The built-in clip made it super easy to attach! He loves to rub his beak on the corners the most! I feel like he truly enjoys this mineral block! It is definitely something I would order again! Not only do, I feel confident that he is receiving a good deal of calcium, I also know that his beak is going to stay in good condition!

Too old to try new things

I have an older conure and love bird. Both are 16 years old. I tried it in my conures house and he just ignored it. So i moved it in with my lovebird. Same. Maybe

I have an older conure and love bird. Both are 16 years old. I tried it in my conures house and he just ignored it. So i moved it in with my lovebird. Same. Maybe they are just too old and set in there ways to try something new Ive got it back with my conure and hope he will check it out. Thanks Chewy for taking care of all my 3cats,dog and 2birds needs.

Bird loved

My cannery, Sunny loved this little block. He was plucking at the pieces of apples and singing away. It was easy to hang on cage. So far I would recommend it.

My Green Cheek Conure and 3 Cockatiels love chewing on this all day. I bought this apple one, which is one large block, and the other versions which were 2 thinner blocks. They like both thicknesses, but the thinner one was slightly more popular with my cockatiels. Also great price compared to in stores!
