We recently tried out the Hartz Comfitables Disposable Male Dog Wraps with Stretchy Waistband for our dog who's been having some incontinence issues and we found them to work pretty good. Each pack comes with 12 wraps and they do a good job of preventing leakage. They stretch really well and do a good job of maintaining their fit over time. They also seem to be comfortable, as our pooch didn't express any irritation with them or try to tear them off. That being said, our dog is a bit older, and not as active as they once were, so I'm not sure how well they'll work with a dog who's more active, but for our senior dog, they worked really well. Also, we bought the medium version of the wraps, so I don't know how well the other sizes work, but the medium worked well for our dog and stayed on overnight. Overall, I do recommend that you give Hartz Comfitables Disposable Male Dog Wraps with Stretchy Waistband a chance if you're looking for a product that will help with managing your pooch's leakage.

These are the FIRST brand that stay on my pup's little bum. I've tried so many brands of disposable and reusable but this is the first time that they stay on. Occasionally he wiggles out of them but it's rare. The velcro closure and the sides that stretch and mold to his body really make the difference. They also hold a lot! I put them on him overnight and they absorb any urine and keep his skin dry.

Bruce is suffering from incontinence for being 18 yo. However, the belly bands I bought from Chewy have surprised me with Bruce who is still able to hold until I take him out on the grass to eliminate. As he would not pee in his diaper. He surprised me again in the middle of the night when he yelped as though in pain, until I took him out again to eliminate. Another new discovery of Bruce but as a senior dog :-). As Bruce has lost his loud barking and howling but made no qualms, insisting on being taken out to eliminate. Bruce is a very good dog and a smart dog though he somewhat has already lost his dog cognition :-).

Absorbent

Very absorbent. Fits great as long as you make sure you get the right size. He doesn't seem to complain, so I think he feels fairly comfortable in them. Good value

I was frankly amazed how quickly he took to the Belly Band. We have had no issues with accidents in the house since purchased. It’s almost like he doesn’t know it’s there. The Velcro is reusable so I take them off multiple times to go outside and they always fit right back on, nice and tight. I am very happy with this product.
