Smells good
I gave my dog a shampoo Bath. I still smell the shampoo on him from all week ago. This shampoo smells very good. And it doesn't seem to irritate his body at all less scratching., his coat is still shining.
Smells great
This Hartz Nature Shield shampoo smells really good. It smells like citronella. It works well too. It lathers and rinses clean. It leaves my dogs hair soft, silky, and clean. Probably cuz it's free of parabens, dyes, and alcohols. It killed all the fleas that were on him but I did notice he continued to get fleas after his bath and going out in the yard. So it doesn't really repel so much but it does kill and remove anything that is on his body during the bath. Overall this shampoo works really good and I really love the smell.
Great Shampoo
This flea and tick dog shampoo worked really well on my cane corso. I had noticed her scratching and found a couple of fleas, so I was eager to try it. First, this product has a minty scent to it, but it isn't overpowering, and it uses plant based ingredients, so I wasn't concerned for my dog while applying it. In the days after using this shampoo, I have noticed less scratching, > haven't found any more fleas, and her coat looks really nice. I definitely plan to continue using this for all of my dogs.

Great shampoo!
I have a 70lb dog with short hair and his coat is something that stands out for him since it's black and short. The Hartz Nature's Shield Dog Shampoo is great at cleaning, softening, and giving his coat some shine. He does tend to have mosquitoes roaming around him usually on his chest/ belly area and I found that this has helped repel them. I am guessing it's due to the citronella. His coat is left feeling soft and smells really clean and fresh. It also has helped with any dry skin and prevented him from licking so much the dry spots. It's a great shampoo!

Jaxs The Treeing Walker Coonhound
My dog Jaxs is a Treeing Walker Coonhound and there breed has sensitive skin and since the weather is getting nice here in Ohio. The Hartz Nature's Shield Dog Shampoo is a God send the natural ingredients will not irritate his skin and he smells like a citronella candle but I know that he is also treated for fleas and ticks. Furthermore, I love it. However, it works great until the next time I give him a bath.
My New Go-To
I absolutely adore this Hartz Nature's Shield Flea & Tick Dog Shampoo. With it being plant based I know my dog isn't recieving all these harsh chemicals but safer ingredients. I found it very effective and also nourished my dogs coat. The smell can be on the stronger side depending on your preference. My dog doesnt seem to mind and neither do I. I definitely do recommend trying this out on your dog for yourself!
Very natural
I love knowing that it is a natural product, so that I am not using something with questionable chemicals that my dogs might lick or inhale. I would have rated this shampoo higher, but as for value, it is a bit thin and watery compared to others I have tried. It also has strong scents of citronella and cinnamon, so keep that in mind if your dogs or family are sensitive to those smells.
Good Product
I would say that I thought this Flea & Tick dog shampoo was really great because I liked how well it made my dog clean and how it made my dogs skin and coat seem soft. Also I felt the scent was just ok and I felt it could of smelled a little better. And overall I like how this shampoo will kill fleas, ticks, and flea eggs and how it is a good shampoo to use on your dog.
