I have a Great Dane w a black coat and he doesn’t have fleas or ticks but every once in a while I like to use a flea and tick shampoo just incase; especially after he goes out in the forest. The shampoo smells good like cinnamon and didn’t irritate his skin, he was very happy after he got his bath smiling and zooming around. I like the natural plant based ingredients.

Smells good

I gave my dog a shampoo Bath. I still smell the shampoo on him from all week ago. This shampoo smells very good. And it doesn't seem to irritate his body at all

This Hartz Nature Shield shampoo smells really good. It smells like citronella. It works well too. It lathers and rinses clean. It leaves my dogs hair soft, silky, and clean. Probably cuz it's free of parabens, dyes, and alcohols. It killed all the fleas that were on him but I did notice he continued to get fleas after his bath and going out in the yard. So it doesn't really repel so much but it does kill and remove anything that is on his body during the bath. Overall this shampoo works really good and I really love the smell.

This flea and tick dog shampoo worked really well on my cane corso. I had noticed her scratching and found a couple of fleas, so I was eager to try it. First, this product has a minty scent to it, but it isn't overpowering, and it uses plant based ingredients, so I wasn't concerned for my dog while applying it. In the days after using this shampoo, I have noticed less scratching, > haven't found any more fleas, and her coat looks really nice. I definitely plan to continue using this for all of my dogs.

I have a 70lb dog with short hair and his coat is something that stands out for him since it's black and short. The Hartz Nature's Shield Dog Shampoo is great at cleaning, softening, and giving his coat some shine. He does tend to have mosquitoes roaming around him usually on his chest/ belly area and I found that this has helped repel them. I am guessing it's due to the citronella. His coat is left feeling soft and smells really clean and fresh. It also has helped with any dry skin and prevented him from licking so much the dry spots. It's a great shampoo!
