Make every ride more enjoyable with the HDP Deluxe Lookout Dog, Cat & Small Animal Booster Car Seat. Because your furry pal loves to look out the window during every adventure, this booster car seat allows him to do just that. Made from a durable 600 denier polyester, it easily attaches to most vehicles in seconds—and the adjustable straps that go around the headrest and seat allow you to pick the perfect height. The bottom is reinforced with a metal frame to keep the seat from bottoming out, and it’s luxuriously padded to make it a comfy ride the entire way.
Satisfies your dog’s natural urge to look out the window while keeping him safe and secure.
Easily attaches to the passenger seat of most vehicles with adjustable straps that allow for custom height.
Safety strap attaches to the harness or collar to prevent jumping out; metal frame keeps the seat from collapsing.
Padded bottom offers a comfy ride and the extra pockets are great for storing poop bags, treats or small toys.
Holds dogs up to 20 pounds and measures 14.2 x 9 x 14.2 inches; folds to 2.5 inches for easy storage.
This car seat completely fell apart at the seams 3 months in. My puppy only weighs 5 lbs so I know it wasn’t a result of withstanding something too heavy. I would consider some other doggy car seats before this one unless you only need it for a very short period of time.
OB on the go in style

He adapted quickly . Easy to install & take out . If your pup chews the front straps , it’s not that the car seat is bad , it’s the pup that chews . I added a blanket which made it more comfortable for Him . I recommend it . Easy , fun pet car seat and like the two tone colors
cheap and flimsy

My 17 pound terrier mix broke this is less than a week. He ripped the tether out of the back of the seat and almost chewed through the straps - all in a 15 minute car ride. Sides are flimsy and wouldn’t stand up. Do not buy this.
Perfect perch for my dog.

She loves to go for car rides but was all over the car and very distracting to me. Now she has her own seat, is tethered and she can see everything. I can concentrate on driving. It's a win/win.
Small dog's car seat: "bumpy ride" due to directions
on Nov 9, 2020
I have had this item for 2 weeks. It is not really very sturdy, but with some adjusting and adding of my own tie-downs, it became more sturdy for my 7 lb dog to ride in. Problem is it kept folding up and the instructions sent with it were horrible. The photos that 'showed' how to put things together were almost black , the photography in them was poor. The booster seat itself is not a bad deal; the instructions, illustrations , and supplied straps were woefully lacking. (please see photo of 'instructions'.
Wonderful for small dog.

Love this seat for my 5# dog. Helped keep him from getting so stressed in a closed carrier. Not sure how well will work for a 10-20# dog that moves around a lot, may have to place on the seat rather than up. Cinch up the front support a bit higher if you dog is a mover.

This is a perfect perch for a small dog who insists on knowing exactly where she is going! The seat is sturdy and she can be buckled in. We love it. So easy to install and take down.
DO NOT RECCOMEND

This seat is already ripped in the back. I bought it June 18th, 2020. Yesterday October 1, 2020 I noticed it was ripped in the back. Less then 4 months. My dog fell through it and freaked out. This is not worth the money at all. I bought this so I could keep my dog contained while drive he gets excited and jumps all over the place almost making me wreck. So I spent the money on this and i'm pretty irritated it didn't last. Not everyone has money to just keep buying these. Very disappointed. Spend your money elsewhere
Flimsy, Broken within 5 months.

My Frenchie is barely 6 months old and the seat is now trash. The harness/collar clip has completely broken and we cannot latch her to the seat anymore. She slides all around and the perimeter of the seat is super flimsy and doesn’t support a dog when they want to use it as a prop for their paws to see out the window. Disappointed.
Works, but the design invites chewing.

As the title states. It does secure my puppy for car rides, but it has several design flaws: in particular, the straps going from the headrest to the front of the seat are an absolute invitation to chewing for a puppy, to the point that I've given up on discouraging it, as I can't be both redirecting his chewing and driving safely at the same time. The straps are also difficult to adjust, in that they don't pull smoothly to tighten or loosen, which results in a lot of tugging and frustration. Overall, it's ok and does the job, and I'll keep it until he chews through the straps.
