8 dogs can't be wrong!!!

We have dogs, both large and not so large. I'm talking 120+ pounds down to 55 pound pups, and a foster dog. 6 love treats, blueberries, doggy cookies, watermelon, store bought treats... pretty much any treat. One is rather picky and won't take just any treat. So, I wasn't sure if they would all like the Sweet Potato Slices Dog Treats and since we can't leave one out, we were having to buy treats he would eat, plus treats for the others. Well, that's a thing of the past because they all went bonkers for the Healthfuls Sweet Potato Slices Dog Treats, even our picky Great Pyrenees couldn't get enough. And, since they are healthy, I knew they weren't just eating junk! I did sign up to get these on a regular basis!

Love these.

My three whippets love eating these. What I like about them is they’re not very hard and chewy. I noticed with another brand that was very chewy and dried out they would get caught in one of my dogs teeth and he would struggle to get it out. These are the perfect consistency that are reasonably priced.

My Yorkie's Favorite!

I have tried several different brands of sweet potato treats for a variety of reasons including price, availability, quality, etc. My Yorkie honestly would eat them all and would try to con me out of more. Did I mention that he is a 3rd degree 18 pound Yorkie!!! YES!, anywho, but this brand he REALLY LOVES. Just when I thought he couldn't jump any higher. Putting my hand on this bag of Healthfuls Sweet Potato treats sends him leaping for joy!

Not a single ingredient product

I usually order my Great Dane's dehydrated sweet potato chews somewhere else and wanted to find a better deal. This product is definitely at a great price point but unfortunately she is allergic to one of the ingredients. I will say that these potatoes look far better than the single ingredient ones. I believe that if it weren't for her allergies (to EVERYTHING it seems) I would be quite happy. And it does say right on the front of the package 'limited ingredient list' instead of 'single ingredient'. I'd still recommend.

Made my dog sick for 36 hours

My 104 lb Bernedoodle loves sweet potatoes. I thought I was buying a natural product. My fault, I did not read the additional ingredients. We were up all night with diarrhea and obvious stomach distress. I put them in the garbage disposal and they would not break down. Just remained whole and gummy!!! I'm just relieved that he has recovered. Don't buy this product!

Didn’t work for us

At first my dog really seemed to like these but after a few days of one of them a day, she developed diarrhea. She has eaten fresh, whole pieces of sweet potatoes so I thought she would be ok with them but I guess whatever is in them for the processing or preservatives that don’t agree with her.

Choking hazard

I have ordered these several times in the past but no longer. I have two large dogs but I have to break these into small pieces. Once they get wet in their mouth they are sticky. I have had to physically pull these out of my dogs mouth and throat. They are like glue. It's really sad the quality appears to be good. I would rather have my dog alive so I will not order these anymore.

Healthy Dog Treats

I love these dog treats! My dog has food allergies and cannot tolerate other brands and/or treats with added (and unnecessary) ingredients. She loves the taste and I feel good about giving them to her.

Not as Expected

I was looking for a treat that was crunchy like a chip. These were very large and chewy/tough. My does love sweet potatoes but these were not the right fit for them. They both did not care for them.

Great snack!

My dogs love these sweet potato treats. My Shiba Inu, who turns his nose up at veggies normally, will growl for this treat. (That's a good thing in Shiba talk!)
