Can I feed this to a puppy

Some vets recommend a hip & joint supplement as early as 12 weeks for breeds predisposed to hip dysplasia. Others recommend at 3 to 5 years of age. The time to start a pup on hip & joint supplements varies by breed and health condition.
What are the milligrams for each ingredient?

This supplement has the following active ingredients (per 2 soft chews): Glucosamine HCl (Shellfish) 1000 milligrams, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 800 milligrams, Perna Canaliculus 600 milligrams, Chondroitin Sulfate (Bovine) 400 milligrams, Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 36 milligrams, Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 24 milligrams, Manganese Sulfate 20 milligrams. It also has the following inactive ingredients: Calcium Propionate, Corn Starch, Glycerin, Purified Water, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Sorbitol, Sorbic Acid, Stabilized Rice Bran, Sucrose.
Do the supplements work for all breeds or is there something specific about the supplement that you noted it is a Bulldog supplement? I have cocker spaniels. Thanks.

This supplement is formulated for adult dogs of all breeds. The feeding instructions vary based on weight. Under 15 pounds (1/2 chew), 15-29 pounds (1 chew), 30-59 pounds (2 chews), 60-90 pounds (3 chews), and over 90 pounds (4 chews).
