    Great for the winter

    By on

I like to put these outside in the trees to help the little birds in the winter. This is a really good price AND Chewy included a free basket the week I ordered!

    Birds love it

    By on

The birds seem to love it AND unlike the suet we WERE using, it doesn't disappear in 1 day. We put out 2 cakes and the birds are there all day long. Also, the package is easy to open.

    fast service

    By on

Well, now, I asked the birds. They said they love the suet cake so much that they are eating one a day. My local store did not have them and so both the birds and I were happy that Chewy delivered so fast! Thanks!

    Phoenix Birds Love It

    By on

We started feeding our local birds, mostly finches and sparrows, with suet a couple of years ago. They love it, especially in the spring, when they have families to feed. Since we were using at least one suet cake a day, we were always looking for a sale or a coupon. I should have checked Chewy’s price sooner, as this particular flavor choice is a better price than I can usually find at our local stores.

    Birds ignore the suet

    By on

I put out two of these and the birds have ignored them for a month. Maybe they will get interested when cold weather hits.

    Woodpeckers Dream

    By on

All of the birds love this suet! From chickadees, to titmice, cardinals, jays, thrashers even towhees! The woodpeckers in particular seem to love it. The suet does not melt even in this 100 degree eat index we have in Virginia! The only problem with this suet is that the darn squirrels seem to like it too!

    Trust me, they melt!

    By on

These are described as not melting. I ordered them in June and they ARRIVED half melted. When I open one, the half that was up when the melting occurred crumbles and the other half is a sticky oily mess. Very disappointing!

    Great quality for cheap!

    By on

I wasn’t sure if this would be any good since the pack was so inexpensive but the wild birds I feed absolutely love these suet cakes! It’s been especially fun watching all the adults feeding their juvenile birds. Definitely recommend this product!
