My birds eat this food with little issue, my only problem is like they're overeating it. Roudybush would last them two days and they weren't constantly eating. With this product it's like they are never full. Gone in almost less than 24 hours. It is a good product but I would have to buy in bulk to keep up. Overall, I feel like they're needing to eat more to sustain themselves compared to Roudybush.

Great food for the flock!

I bought this in March and am so happy I did! The birds love it! They are happier and healthier on it. So much less food waste than with seeds. They had no trouble

Product needs some work

While my parrotlet is pleased with this product, the whole line needs some improvement. The sizes are very inconsistent. It seems like Higgins tends to mix and match

While my parrotlet is pleased with this product, the whole line needs some improvement. The sizes are very inconsistent. It seems like Higgins tends to mix and match whatever they need to in the package to maintain weight. It is not unusual to get a ton of this size food in the Macaw and Cockatoo / African Grey bags which would lead to a lot of waste (thankfully I have my littles to spread the wealth), but when budgeting and planning it isn't very conducive to making sure there is enough product for each. I'm not very happy with Higgins and their quality control, but I don't trust other products at this time to switch.

It took a while to get my parakeets and cockatiel to eat this. I was feeding Roudybush crumbles and still will after they're fully converted over. The bird rescue highly recommended this. I will know more in about 2 months how they're doing.

Used to feed them zupreem fruitblend pellets, they were fine until they started eating more of them and began leaving bright orange droppings, after the vet cleared them I decided to try this as it's natural and looks similar to the older pellets, they got use to them faster than I expected, they're not too sure about the extra stuff yet but I want to encourage them to try different fruits and veggies they can have a fresher diet.
