Disappointing

I bought a backup battery and charger for my automatic doggy door and figured I would buy this from Chewy which was my first time ordering from them, since prices

I bought a backup battery and charger for my automatic doggy door and figured I would buy this from Chewy which was my first time ordering from them, since prices were better, little did I know that the people delivering my item does not know how to read, it was shipped to not only the wrong address but the wrong state, very disappointing and to fix this they gave me free shipping and 10.00 off to reship my item. Which I find pretty disappointing. So I waited all week for nothing, but to wait all over again.

So far so good!

We bought the battery pack to facilitate door opening in lieu of using plug-in. We're happy with the door opener and battery pack product over all. Once activated

We bought the battery pack to facilitate door opening in lieu of using plug-in. We're happy with the door opener and battery pack product over all. Once activated by remote transmission from our dog's collar, the door opening is quiet and does not frighten the dog. We followed the instructions to install the doggy door in our side garage door, no issues with the install. And, the collar transmission immediately worked and opened the door once we approached the doggy door.

Would purchase again

Shipping was fast. The batteries seem to last about 4/5 days of constant use. They work with the door that I needed them to. Would purchase again if needed.

Instructions say lasts 1 to 4 weeks ya right try 2 days and i only have one dog

Long life batteries

I am very pleased with these batteries! We bought the batteries because we installed the doggie door in a door, not a wall. You need two batteries so you can charge

I am very pleased with these batteries! We bought the batteries because we installed the doggie door in a door, not a wall. You need two batteries so you can charge one while you use the other one. The batteries last for several days. There is a light on the doggie door that indicates if your battery is good or if it is low.
