  • Worth the money

    By on

My 11 year old beagle has had a really hard time getting around. My vet gave me a few choices of things that could help my girl. I decided that rather than giving drugs we would try the new food. Just opening the bag Angie decided she wanted to try the new food, her face was in the bag before I could get the measuring cup. Within a week I noticed a difference in her movement. 3 weeks on the food now and she has no problem walking 3 miles with our other dogs. I’m so impressed with this food I’m giving to all of my dogs!

  • Very Picky Husky LOVES it

    By on

My 12 year old Siberian Husky has been eating this for about a year. She is sooo picky about what she eats, even smells a piece of steak before she eats it, but she instantly liked this food. I got it because she wouldn't eat the glucosomine chews for her arthritis. Now she's running around like she did when she was 5. She also gained a healthy amount of weight (she was under weight before), probably because she likes it and is actually eating the amount she should be eating every day. And her coat is soft and shiny now. Very spendy, but worth it for my girl to feel good.

  • Barney loves the food

    By on

After being put on this particular prescription dog food, we researched the least expensive means of purchasing and found Chewy. On line ordering was easy, even with a prescription. Because this was our first order we received a discount and are now set up for automatic renewals. The convenience can’t be beat. Barney, our three-year-old lab Mix loves the food and chows down like it’s the best meal in town.

  • Hips are so much better!

    By on

Our 8 year old Border Collie mix has severe hip dysplasia and some arthritis in her shoulders. You wouldn’t know it to watch her chase a ball! I could tell a difference after about a week on the j/d diet. She used to take tiny, shorter steps when her hips were particularly painful. Her gait is longer now. She’s able to go on longer walks as well.

  • Best product for joint care

    By on

My Pit Bull Terrier has been on this food for the past few years due to aging joints. She is doing quite well considering her age of 12. I also supplement her with Adequan and Derramax tabs. My vet highly recommends this diet.

Super easy purchase, thank you! Gave chewy.com information and they ran with! It is most excellent to have 27lbs of dog delivered to the house! It saved me from lifting the bag in & out of the car multiple times. Great transaction!

  • Noticeable reduction in pain, plus dogs love the taste!

    By on

The headline says it all - after a month or two on the food, I can see a noticeable reduction in my dog, Shaquie's, pain. Shaquie is a shephard/rottweiler mix (Shepweiler) with several hip dysplaxia in both hips. Not only did the pain levels go down, but she went from being a SUPER picky eater to an absolutely ravenous dog - she loves it! It's insanely expensive... but worth it, imo.

  • Worth trying if you are skeptical.....

We have two 6 year old golden doodles. One with arthritis and one who gains weight easily. They are both moving better and their coats are more shiny. They seem happier. I was worried about the grain, however there have been zero ear infections and less itching all around. My vet has two boxers who are on this and they are both 14 years old now. It is worth the money.

  • Saved my dog!

    By on

I had a 1-year old Akita (4 years ago) that went through 5 surgeries on his back leg after blowing out his knee and he almost lost that leg. The vet here in Phoenix told me about this food and Dakota has been on it ever since. He now runs around and plays like nothing ever happened. I have to credit this food. The vet said that he saw a dog that couldn't even walk because it's back legs had so much joint pain and that withing about a week that dog was completely mobile. It's not cheap food but it's worth every penny to see my boy run around!

I give my big pup this dry food along with the canned dog food and she is beginning to like it better. It is almost too small for her but I say that and she can eat the tiniest dog treat with no problem. I think it just has taken her about a month to get used to it. She is feeling great though.
