I think there is something wrong with this cat food. It’s smells terrible. Not like cat food smell. A chemical smell. Awful. The bag also arrived damaged with a cut in the bottom, leaking food. My cat refused to eat it at all, and he is not a picky eater. I was honestly scared to even give it to him due to the smell. I bought my dog’s food at the same time, and it smelled normal. For how expensive this food is, there should be better quality control. I won’t be ordering it again.

Ive gotten no feedback or followup from Chewy as to the status of this besides an email asking to rate my experience, thus my rating here. It's been a disappointing experience and their tracking information for my package has said its 500 miles away without movement for a week.

Great dry cat food for Senior cats

I have a 17yr old cat with several health concerns including sensitive stomach. Like most cats he’s a picky eater but loves this dry food and it doesn’t upset his stomach. The kibble size is small enough that he’s able to eat it even with some teeth issues. I had him on the Adult formula from this brand but the kibble size was a little larger and he had some difficulty eating it at times. I slowly transitioned him to this kibble over the course of 3 weeks or so with no issues. Our vet recommended the Senior formula and so far (on our second bag) he’s doing great.

I have used non indoor the 11+ Hills dry food which is smaller round morsels . I think I submitted enough characters to describe what happened!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’not happy, not happy

I opened two fresh bags and they both smell very different than before. Our 17yr old cat started getting sick because he wasn’t eating. I will be asking for a refund!
