    Excellent Science Diet Source

    By on

I received this product as a sample in exchange for my honest review. My cat is a grazer all day long, but eats mostly at night. He is very picky in the dry food he eats. He seems to be pretty good at letting me mix in new food with his existing food and gives it a good hearted try. He seemed to like it at first and ate most of it in each bowl. Recently, he seems to be picking it out, so I am going with the message that he prefers his original source of food over this one. I was really hopeful he would like the chicken and brown rice flavor, since he really likes chicken...but he sometimes chooses to be very picky. He is 10, so I let him make the call, haha. Another awesome addition is the velcro sealed bag, this was pretty neat! Overall, I think it's a great product if your cat isn't too picky and would recommend you try it. … more

    Prince George Approves!

    By on

My 7-year-old shorthair mix is a rather picky eater when it comes to dry cat food, and he tires of a certain brand and/or flavor quickly. I've been trying to get him to eat more dry food than wet lately, although he prefers wet, since I'm worried about keeping his teeth healthy and clean. He seems to prefer dry food that has more meat and less grain, and he's a big fan of chicken. He also seems to like the brands with small, uniformly-shaped pieces. This Hill's Science Diet Senior formula with Chicken & Brown Rice fits the bill in every regard. The kibble is nicely sized and shaped, making it easier for George to chew. It also smells good out of the package, and I think it must taste good My 7-year-old shorthair mix is a rather picky eater when it comes to dry cat food, and he tires of a certain brand and/or flavor quickly. Finally, the more-meat formula (I believe) is better for him than brands that are heavy on grains. Overall, I highly recommend. … more

HillsScienceDiet Adult 7+ Cat Food/ chicken brown rice

    By on

Chicken and brown rice flavor - to help support energy level and beautiful fur.Suppose to be good for immune system, heart and kidney health. My cat liked the texture and obvious the taste. He is a grazier and ate on it all day. He tends to puke up fairly regular and this was unfortunately no exception but no more. Love the bag with Velcro seal great ideal- really works. Was not able to tell difference in fur after one small bag so might or might not work for beautiful fur. Received for from promotional for an exchange of an honest review honest review.

    Decent Food

    By on

I received a sample in exchange for my honest review. My cat really enjoys this food and I am really happy with the content of the ingredients. The only issue I have is that my senior kitty is prone to hairballs and his normal food has some hairball control. I would give this food 5 stars in a heartbeat if they incorporated hairball control into the formula

    Cats loved it

    By on

I want to start by saying I have two cats that are not picky at all. They will eat pretty much any dry food, though there are one or two they don't prefer. They really liked this food though. Both of them are grazers and will eat a little and re-visit their bowls throughout the day but with this food, both bowls were completely empty within 1-2 hours. I did receive this in exchange for my honest review but would definitely consider buying it, though I usually go for a higher protein kibble for my cats.

    Thought it was cat treats!

    By on

I received a free bag of Hill's Science Diet Adult 7+ Chicken & Brown Rice Recipe Dry Cat Food for my cats to try. My cats are very picky about their dry food so I wasn't very optimistic. I opened the bag and when I gave them the Hill's Science Diet dry food, they devoured it like it was their favorite cat treats. I will definitely continue this in their diet. I also liked the Velcro resealable bag that keeps it fresh.

Nutritious food my cat really likes

    By on

My cat is a picky eater who doesn't like changes in her food. The HILL'S SCIENCE DIET ADULT 7+ NO CORN, WHEAT, SOY DRY CAT FOOD I received in exchange for an honest review passed her taste test. She ate it readily and really seemed to enjoy it. I liked the nutritional value the Hill's Science Diet offers, particularly the low levels of sodium and phosphorus. It's good for my senior cat, and she likes it. As far as I'm concerned that makes it a big win - win!

    Picky cat that loves this

    By on

Our new rescue has had a real tough go of life in his 5 short years and then we found out that he had some dietary restrictions and apparently many of those grain free options just don't taste good to him...he just scarfed up this Chicken & Brown Rice. Due to the rougher than normal early life I feel he was a candidate for the older aged foods, might make things a little easier on his sensitive system.

    Not just for seniors anymore!

    By on

It started out as just food for our 16 year old cat Molly, but as soon as the other 9 cats heard me pouring the food in the bowl all bets were They all loved it including Molly. I did get to save her some of it just for herself. They love the Chewy boxes because they know (and smell) their food in the box.
