This was a was a miss for our house...

I initially purchased four single cans of the Chicken Vegetable formula from my local Pet Supplies Plus because they were on sale and I wanted to test the product before committing to a case. Pet Supplies Plus did not have the tuna flavor available individually; otherwise, I would have purchased two cans of each. The sale required four cans total. Treelo would not touch the chicken flavor at all, so I offered it to my other cat, Morticia, who is typically not picky and eats most foods. First serving: Morticia ate it without issue Second serving: She ate it, but with noticeable reluctance Third serving: She refused it completely To rule out a general appetite issue, I immediately offered her usual Tiki Cat food, which she ate enthusiastically. I left the Hill’s food out overnight; she took a few bites but left most of it. Because Chewy does not offer single cans of this food - only full cases of one flavor or a small combo case - I decided to purchase the combo pack assuming Morticia would continue to eat the chicken flavor and this would be a good way to try both varieties. For the purpose of this review, I opened two new cans of the chicken flavor side-by-side and noticed a significant texture inconsistency: One can was extremely firm - almost rock hard The other was softer and crumbly Normally, I mix water into all wet food regardless of brand, but for this test I did not add water so I could assess the food as-is. I documented the texture difference with photos and also recorded a video offering both plates to Morticia. She refused both. While I understand cats have individual preferences, the combination of declining interest over time and noticeable texture inconsistency makes the chicken flavor a miss for my household. I appreciate Hill’s focus on sensitive stomach and skin formulas, but based on our experience with the chicken flavor, this product did not work for us. Update: We have since tried the tuna flavor as well and saw the exact same response - refusal, despite readily eating regular food immediately afterward. Based on our experience with both flavors, this product did not work for our household.

When we rescued Bobbie from a frigid environment in January, she was so weak that she only eat delectables, until she grew stronger. Once on solid food, she began to vomit hairballs weekly. The vet recommended Hills, and now she eats prescription Hills and Hills for digestion. Bobbie loves her Biome, but she’s not crazy about tuna in the variety pack. I tell her what my mom would say to me when I picked At my food..”when you’re hungry, you’ll eat anything”. She frowns when I say this.

So far I've only fed it to her twice from the same can. Looks like I can get 3 portions out of the one can so I refrigerated it. The first time she ate it she liked it. I took it out of the frig. this morning and brought to room temp and she did not eat that much. I surely hope she is going to eat it tonight. Not sure what to do if she doesn't like it.

Two paws down

Our one cat Timmy is prone to vomiting so bought this hoping it would help. He is not a picky eater but would not even take a bite. Tabitha will normally eat anything

Tawny is a rescue and at 12 years of age I do not know her likes/dislikes. Unfortunately, I am experiencing more dislikes. This is not due to product, but she and I finding our way. She does stay with Purina kibble and will keep trying on a wet product.

Loved it

she really prefers wet food to dry and she’s very judicious about eating just a bit at a time. She stands in her spot and announces she’s ready for a bit more.

Healthy for sensitive stomach

They would never finish and Ping would walk away. Four of them share one small can. I will try another product. I appreciate you asking for my comments.

The sales clerk I talked to was really helpful

per Susie Q's vet this is the product she needs and so far this is right. She is brushed every day so these are not hair balls...she just eats like she's starving!

My one kitty has digestion, diarrhea issues. I’ve been trying to buy food for sensitive stomach. This is pate, won’t even sniff, the picture on the box appears to be a minced gravy type food so I thought that was what it would be. I could not see anywhere where it said it was pate. It’s a very solid pate. Therefore, it was a waste. Not chewys fault as they don’t do the packaging but the picture makes it very misleading,

Won’t Eat This

I tried mixing with food they liked to introduce, but my cats did not care for it at all. I will not buy again. Disappointed.
