Decent, wouldn't buy again

Do not leave reviews early, chewy does not allow updates. This product is a choking hazard and the guardian is not good at all in comparison to the cost. Guardian feedback: Left a review before but you can't edit. This product does splinter and it breaks off in large chunks. The design makes it very easy for these chunks to fall out of the protective piece and allow your dog to choke. Luckily mine was next to me so as soon as I saw it, I took the chew away. Also as they bite, the chew is small enough to just roll around since the guardian is not sturdy and has no measures to hold it in place. All in all it does make the chew last longer but not by enough to justify the cost. For a super chewer, it gives maybe another day of use, for slow chewers it's more worth the buy. I likely wouldn't buy again due to the cost. ------ Love this! I got the original for a medium dog and it fit great. I got the larger one for an XL cheese stick (grey pack). Though it fits inside, I wish it fit through the ends as well to make it more sturdy. As he chews it down, nothing is going to keep it in place since the insert is a small hole and the chew it's designed for is a large rectangle. He's a moderate chewer and hasn't broken it, I'm nervous to try with my power chewer but will updatey review when/if I do. Overall I like it, but the Jughead version should be redesigned.

Messy but long lasting

My first time buying a yak chew and we are smitten with how long it is lasting with our super tough chewer who destroys everything. I need to find these in even

My first time buying a yak chew and we are smitten with how long it is lasting with our super tough chewer who destroys everything. I need to find these in even larger sizes to keep him occupied even longer in his crate. Love that I can make treats out of the bits he bites off. the only issue is the mess it leaves everywhere and trying to keep him off the furniture, where he is typically allowed, with the chew. We will definitely need to wash his bed and our carpets now though.

Disappointed in quality

I ordered 2 of these and 1 came broke in half. Chewy did a great job and sent a replacement, needless to say 1 came broke in half again. I won't order this brand

Tough chew

It’s was a good tough chew, and then you soak it and microwave it and it turns into an excellent crunchy treat!!! No little bits left over.

The chew has cracks all over it

This is the second time I purchased this chew, the first one was good but this one has cracks all over it. I don't know if there is a refund or return but I'm not

This is the second time I purchased this chew, the first one was good but this one has cracks all over it. I don't know if there is a refund or return but I'm not sure if its safe to give to my dog. Disappointing for a $13 chew.
