Inconsistent quality

I’ve ordered these treats twice. The first time they were clearly fresh. Slightly pliable, easy to break into smaller pieces. They were about the size of a half

I’ve ordered these treats twice. The first time they were clearly fresh. Slightly pliable, easy to break into smaller pieces. They were about the size of a half dollar and were a reasonable thickness. All in all a super great treat that my two dogs went crazy for. This time they thick, smaller, and nearly impossible to break apart. They are so hard that I don’t think I’m going to give them to my dogs. Previous reviews said this about this product. I really wish they could get the product quality consistent. It’s a real shame because it seems like dogs love it. I will be contacting Chewy about these. They are too expensive to just throw away.

All of my dogs go nuts over these treats. I love that the ingredients are things I can pronounce and understand. The only reason for 4 stars over 5 is because

All of my dogs go nuts over these treats. I love that the ingredients are things I can pronounce and understand. The only reason for 4 stars over 5 is because of the price. I think The Honest Kitchen makes some great products, but they are mostly unaffordable if you have more than one dog. These treats are "special occasion" for that reason.

Stale and moldy

I ordered these liver chips to give my dog something healthy. In the past, all the Honest Kitchen items I ordered were fresh. These were not. They were very hard

I ordered these liver chips to give my dog something healthy. In the past, all the Honest Kitchen items I ordered were fresh. These were not. They were very hard and had a white coating. I thought it was just the cheese, but they got harder and whiter every day for a week. I ordered another bag that just arrived. What a difference! The new bag look like liver and they are easy to break. The hard ones are in a bag with an expiration of Jul 2026 so they should not be moldy or stale. I sent an email to Chewy and I am sure they will respond because they have great customer service. But I wanted to put this out there, that batch #74520002 are not so good. My dog loves these. She's a picky eater but if I break them up and put a small piece on top of her food, she gobbles it up so she can have the rest of the chip!
