I am disappointed. I wanted to use these for training, but they do not break up easily. They can be used as a light chew, I guess. Won’t buy again
Never turns a treat down
Anubis just loves all the natural recipe treats and Honest Kitchen have been her favorite. Sometimes a little pricey for the volume but definitely worth it!! Plus the Parmesan pecks have cheese so you can’t go wrong!
Very large and hard
I wish I had read the reviews before buying this. The website says this is for both dogs and cats but the package only says it’s for dogs. The pieces are large and very hard, so I could see why they are labeled just for dogs. I broke off some pieces for my cats. One cat loved them, another cat wouldn’t even try it. The pieces are so hard that I’m a little afraid my cat could break a tooth but I guess it’s probably the same hardness as a greenie, so probably not a big concern unless your pet has dental issues. I was just surprised by how hard these dried fish treats are.
Clean teeth too
As usual, The Honest Kitchen, has another winner. Easy to break into two or more pieces and 1/2 gives each of my two spaniels, not only a healthy treat, but gets the tarter and food off their teeth. NO problem swallowing either. Will continue to get these every month.
My dog loved it. She ran looking for when I opened the bag in another room. My cats not so much. Cats can be j**ks sometimes. Cat are all different. Dog love it!
My dog loves them!
My Lab has a sensitive stomach/digestive issues, thankfully she is able to tolerate these. Only having the one ingredient is a plus. They are very stinking so keep that in mind. I would highly recommend these!
My dog Evie just loves any fish. This she loves, but, Oh My the fish smell is very strong. I keep the original package in two other ziplock bags. Anything to keep my pup happy. :)
Unfortunately, these are not a hit. My cats won’t even go attempt to eat them.
So hard can't hardly break
Will not buy again. They are not consistent quality.
The best training treat
My dog will do literally anything for these. And is on his best behavior for an hour after he eats them hoping he can earn more. They smell so fishy, but that's why they work.
