All of HuggleHounds knotties are manufactured by skilled craftsman in China. HuggleHounds design all of their toys in the United States. HuggleHounds have tested all of their products and fabrics to meet CE standards.

Does this toy have a crinkly material inside that makes a sound?

This toy squeaks and has large knots inside for support with tugging and shaking. It does not crinkle.

Not so durable at all.

This looked promising when I searched for durable toys for hard-chewing puppies. I was really hopeful when I read the description about how each toy has reinforced

This looked promising when I searched for durable toys for hard-chewing puppies. I was really hopeful when I read the description about how each toy has reinforced stitching. Unfortunately, my 8 month old easily pulled all of the knotted arms off within two days, not to mention the hair on the octopus's head. I absolutely do not recommend and hope that Chewy has the manufacturer rewrite their description.

I love this toy, and the hugglehounds knottie toys -- in general

However, I have a Dobermann, and he is able to destroy and chew through this toy in less than a day. It starts at 8a as an octopus, and by noon it is a monopus

However, I have a Dobermann, and he is able to destroy and chew through this toy in less than a day. It starts at 8a as an octopus, and by noon it is a monopus. The toy is too expensive to have it as a one use item.
