So-so

The buttons cannot be reprogrammed and the sound is not very loud. My dog does not seem able to see the pictures so we have to place them where she understands -

It up as if it was a set

Finding out after ordering it was only the mats without the training buttons was disappointing. Now I have to return after thinking I was ordering four sets in order

Finding out after ordering it was only the mats without the training buttons was disappointing. Now I have to return after thinking I was ordering four sets in order to really teach my pup multiple words. I hate the way things are marketed to deceive or make it look like something it isn’t.

I have been purchasing the Hunger for Words pet button mat for years. The latest mat does not fit with the mats that I had previously bought. The jigsaw of the new mat does not fit with the older mats. These mats and buttons are expensive and the lack of thought into the design makes it a disappointing purchase.

Poor execution of fun concept

The pictures and name of product are deceptive

Honestly, I usually read into things more before I buy them, with this I definitely should have. I seen the picture for “toys” and decided wth I should try it as

Honestly, I usually read into things more before I buy them, with this I definitely should have. I seen the picture for “toys” and decided wth I should try it as I have seen something similar all over social media platforms and it seems like fun to see how your pet will do with the buttons, however I didn’t realize that this is only the mat. It has NO buttons included. Once I went back to see the product description it does say buttons sold separately. On the package that I got, it says it small on the top left corner. I am just writing this review because I hope other people realize that you don’t get any buttons at all with this purchase. I honestly thought it came with 6 buttons as shown in the picture. It does say it is a mat.. however I just thought instead of buying the buttons with no mat, that this one had buttons in the mat. I really think the description and picture should reflect that better.

Pretty good

This has helped our puppy communicate when he wants to go outside. Sometimes it does get stuck though and need fixed so that we can hear it again.
