Kittens and pregnant or nursing mothers should eat a little more. Senior cats and overweight cats should eat a little less. Keep fresh water available at all times.
It's important to introduce the new food into your pet's diet gradually. To ensure a happy tummy, we recommend transitioning your pet to “I and love and you” using this easy 10 day schedule. Day 1 - 3 25% "I and love and you", day 4 - 6 50% "I and love and you", day 7-8 75% "I and love and you", day 9-10 100% "I and love and you".
When I found out what companies get away with putting in our pets food, I was outraged. With perfect timing though, I had also just discovered the Clean Label Certified project, where not only did it list baby food that was clean of chemicals and other toxins, it listed pet food as well. I have one picky eater who will eat the dry food just fine, but only prefers the purrky turkey wet food. My older fat man will eat anything you put in front of him, except, most foods always make him sick and throw it up, huge waste of money. It took a few tries for my picky cat to get over the fact that I refuse to give them chemical filled cat food and he finally caved. Firstly, I keep seeing posts about how "my cat would rather starve than eat this". Fortunately, that's not now animal instinct works, when you're hungry enough, you'll eat what you're given. Secondly, just like humans, would you rather eat a salad or a chemical filled hamburger from McDonalds that is literally DESIGNED to make you like it? Too often people pick the hamburger that is going to kill you in the long run. I get no one likes to see their animals say no and walk away from their dinner, but do your animals a favor and look into the brands of food you're feeding them. You'll be quite surprised at what is put in their foods and what isn't. Most of the time, it's chemicals and not much real nutrition. I love my pets to the moon and back and will do whatever it takes to keep them healthy for as long as possible.
I bought this bundle because my cats are picky and will NOT eat pate. I have found 4 pate cans in a 12 can stew pack. These cans say stew on the outside but it is clearly Pate. If I find 1 more, that will be over 1/3 of the package that has been the wrong kind of food. Don't waste your money with this brand.
my cats would rather go hungry than eat these. im having to throw away half of a can every morning because they let it sit out to dry. some of the cans also come with half of whats expected, and the rest is filled with this nasty water/oil
I wanted to get a variety pack, but this was not a favorite. My big guy who eats anything actually left some on his plate a few times and my little picky girl said no way to every flavor. Big guy will still eat it but it's not his favorite.
Two out of three ain't bad in this household. What my oldest don't eat (basically everything except the liquid) the kitten will demolish usually. Picked this brand because it's better than fancy feast and juicier which allows me to hide their fish oil.
I have 7 cats and they all seem to enjoy this food. Highly recommend this product!
I would give zero stars if I could. My cats are not generally picky, but they actively avoided this food. It smells bad.
My finicky cat love this brand I go through different brands and just seems to be the one that tickles their fancy
Most of the 14 cats liked it despite the pieces being really large.
And reading the reviews, I was really hopeful that my picky cat would eat this food. But now this food goes on the list of things she won't eat
