For the first time in her life, she does not finish her food. This was unheard of for 8 years, so we are not going to reorder and find her another brand. She loved Science Diet, and Royal Canine. Going to switch her back.

A few times I have received dented cans and called to complain and it’s always been we will credit your account and if you don’t feel comfortable giving it to your pet discard it or donate it, to me that means chewy cares about our pets like their own, that’s not common in this day and age and I love it and will continue to be a chewy customer
