Dog food review for Charlie's and Iams

Me and Charlie love this food Charlie and I had to try a lot with Charlie to get him to try so many different foods but finally he likes this one and the 1 that comes in the green bag is chicken flavored thank you so much. Charlie just loves this food.

Great Dog Food Great Price

A friend was feeding very expensive dog food to their dog with digestive issues when, during the pandemic, it became unavailable. They tried Iams lamb and rice and found their dog preferred it, and it didn't upset their dog's delicate stomach. So it's now what I feed my mini goldendoodle. He loves it and it's reasonable priced complete, balanced nutrition. No need to pay $60/lb (yup!) for Instict raw or some other "more expensive must be better" brand.

Worthy Buy

I have 3 dogs and they all love this food. I have tried both the lamb and chicken mini bites. Compared to other brands that come in mini or small bites, these morsels are actually pretty small in size. I would not recommend this size for toy breeds or very small dogs that may need an even smaller size morsel. In addition, I have also noticed less waste in my yard. This brand is a keeper!

Picky Eater

My Doodle is very picky and has poultry allergy. We have tried several foods and even home prepared. I thought I'd give Iams a shot and see how it went. Let me just say...HE LOVES IT!!!!! Its the first food he doesn't walk away from and is excited for mealtime. Thank you Iams and Chewy for coming to the rescue!!!!!

Gobbling Like Turkeys

I've always viewed IAMS as being a subpar food compared to Purina. Since I've started working at a vet I've realized it's actually pretty good, and was recommended to try it by one of the veterinarians. One of my dogs gained a bunch of weight on Purina recently so I decided on this as it has less fat in it than the Dog Chow. My dogs absolutely LOVE this food. Even my picky senior who didn't always finish his bowl licks it clean now. Their coats are shiny and the overweight dog has lost a couple pounds. I'll absolutely keep buying this food, and highly recommend it to others.

Dog loves it! Vet said it’s good.

Iams was doing a vet checkup challenge where you’d be reimbursed for getting your pet his yearly checkup. The timing was perfect because it was his time to get checked and though this is not his regular food (Purina ProPlan or sensitive skin one is) I figured I would buy the lamb one since Purina Proplan has been out of the flavor for a while. If my dog didn’t like it then I’d donate the other bag. Well, turns out he enjoys it and it doesn’t bother his stomach or skin. So, I also asked the vet at the checkup if this brand was OK to feed him? He’s previously mentioned Purina, Royal Canin and Hill’s science. He said yes! So what’s not to love? I saved money on his checkup and I discovered a new brand that my vet approved and has the flavor my dog likes! Thank you Iams for my dog’s checkup, and sorry for overlooking you in the past.
