Fragile packaging

First i would like to say that my boys go crazy over these treats, and i will continue to purchase them. On the other hand, the container is made of fragile plastic

First i would like to say that my boys go crazy over these treats, and i will continue to purchase them. On the other hand, the container is made of fragile plastic that constantly gets destroyed during shipping (especially when shipped along with heavy items like litter and food). I cant salvage the damaged treats due to plastic particles in the mix and im constantly having to get a replacement. My suggestion is to either ship separately, or put a protective box around the treats so it doesnt smash

Serves its purpose, rubber came off

Have 2, and the rubber that prevents sliding across the floor came off within a couple months. But the main reason I got them was to prevent my girl from flipping

Hassle to get black strip back on

It is so hart to get the grip clip black ring back on after washing and you can’t leave it on because it will stay wet and mold which is unhealthy. I am contacting

This bowl is a pretty color, but very lightweight and the rubber ring around the bottom edge comes off often and is hard to put back on.

LOVE THIS BOWL!

My cat was confused at first. Had to use the old dish until he got used to it to it. Now they both use it everyday. I love the stainless steel. Got matching

It didn’t tip as advertised but the cat pulled it all over the room spilling water everywhere so it was absolutely worthless

Bowl was supposed to hold 8 cups. It holds only 7 cups. My dogs do prefer it to their prior plastic water bowl.

I thought an 8oz bowl would be large enough for 4 oz of food. Should have bought a bigger size. The pink is a really cute color!
