The bottom plastic base is worthless.

The plastic base on the bottom melted and distorted so it can't be used. Very disappointing. If you request a picture I can submitt.

Not without problems.

I recently ordered the Iconic Playpen (36") which arrived very quickly. Overall, it is a good product but it does have issues. There are a couple of places where

I recently ordered the Iconic Playpen (36") which arrived very quickly. Overall, it is a good product but it does have issues. There are a couple of places where the finish did not adhere to the pen. Fortunately, they are in areas that are not easily seen. Secondly, the pan that was included is bent in a couple of places along its edge. Lastly, while it was easy enough to put three of its four panels together, when I came to the last corner, it was out of alignment. I tried assembling that section numerous times only to resort to using a zip-tie to keep it together. While these issues are not enough for me to go through the bother of packing it back up and returning it - for the price spent, it should be in perfect condition.

The weld on the bars is coming loose after on year of use. The dog only weighs four pounds. The crate is inside in a dry temperature controlled environment. One

Got this playpen for my now 9 1/2 week old Pit mix puppy. It is a good sturdy playpen with a very easy to clean metal pan. I love the size of it because it gives Lucy plenty of room. Unfortunately, my little Pitty learned how to climb the panels and tumbled out; thankfully she wasn’t hurt. I don’t know how often I’ll be using this playpen because she’s obviously a spunky little daredevil and the bigger she gets, the faster she’ll be able to make her great escape! Overall, it’s a great playpen!
